4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5. User Conduct & Responsibilities
All users must adhere to our code of conduct to maintain a respectful and professional educational environment.

Personal Safety: Users are responsible for their personal safety during in-person sessions. We recommend public meeting places for initial sessions.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EduNodex, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of:
- Your use of the platform
- Your violation of these terms
- Content you submit or share
- Your violation of any rights of another
